Store your jewelry individually and avoid exposing them to liquid and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.

 

Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in your Charmlit pouch when not in use.

All our jewelry is covered under a 30 Days Guarantee. The guarantee is against any possible workmanship defects. Please send us detailed photos or videos of the item in question to support@charmlit.com. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

 

Note that oxidation and/or tarnishing will naturally occur with any gold plated jewelry. Although, if you follow our care instructions, your jewelry should last a long time.

All silver items are 925 Silver unless stated on the product’s description.

 

All our jewellery is nickel and lead free, hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin if you are not allergic to the product’s listed materials.

Almost all our gold pieces are made from 925 Silver with 18K Gold plating, also known as ‘gold vermeil’.

We do not store any of your payment information. All payments are safely secured by Stripe and PayPal.

Shipping is free for orders above US$75, and ranges between US$10-12 otherwise.

Upon receiving your order, we will process and ship your items within 2 business days. Customized orders will be shipped within 5 business days.


Delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. You’ll get an email with complete tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for all duties and taxes implemented by the respective country. As these vary from country to country, we cannot give any estimates as to how much it costs. Kindly check with your local customs office for more information.

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing during transit, we understand your concerns and are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To initiate a resolution, we kindly request that you provide written proof from your local postal service confirming the non-delivery of your package. Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
