FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

 

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide that meet or exceed US$75. The shipping threshold is based on the total amount paid after any discounts have been applied. For orders below US$75, a shipping and handling fee will be charged. Rest assured, for all shipments, a tracking number will be provided to allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

MISSING PARCEL

 

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing during transit, we understand your concerns and are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To initiate a resolution, we kindly request that you provide written proof from your local postal service confirming the non-delivery of your package. Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
